Service is perhaps where we shine the most! It's easy to sell a pair of glasses or contacts... lots of places do that. At Rossland Optical we stand behind all our products. The eyewear business is a dynamic industry. We fill prescriptions from any licensed Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. Therefore sometimes a "problem" can occur either with your vision or the type of product you purchased. The only thing we ask for in return is the time to work with your eye exam provider to provide the best solution to your individual needs.
When you shop at Rossland Optical you can be assured that we will take ownership of any eye care problem and make sure you receive service when you need it! GUARANTEED. We also offer services in French, Italian, Chinese and Ukrainian. At Rossland Optical we have an on-site finishing lab. Your glasses are hand crafted here on the premises. If you choose to use your same frame for interim prescription changes you don't have to be without your glasses. Usually we have your lenses ready in 30 to 40 minutes (some exceptions apply).
