Our Warranty Policy
We are a small family owned business. We take a lot of time with our clients to ensure that an outstanding frame and appropriate lenses are selected. We are happy to warranty the product to the fullest availability of the manufacturers’ policy. We advocate on your behalf to ensure the manufacturers we use stand behind their products.
We want you to be happy and satisfied with our products and services! We offer a 2-year warranty on prescription eyewear.
Frames - The warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects; not loss, theft, damage done by pets or any damage due to excessive force. If your frame breaks under normal conditions within 2 years of purchase, we will repair or replace it. Shipping cost of replacement part or frame is not covered under the warranty.* Warranty replacement is limited to two times during the 2 year warranty period. In case of returns or exchanges, a 10% restocking fee applies.
Lenses – Please follow all recommended steps for care and cleaning. Warranty replacement of plastic lenses with a scratch-resistant coating is limited to twice per 24 month period. Shipping cost of the replacement lenses are not covered under warranty.
Scratches, wear & tear, discolouration and non-adapt will be processed as a warranty not a refund. Specialty products and customized products do not apply - these products come with minimal warranty and are final sale.
