Patients will be pre-screened by telephone and/or by email before their appointments for symptoms of COVID-19, travel history and contact with ill people.
All staff will be similarly screened and anyone unwell will not be working in the office.
Please understand your insurance coverage (if applicable) ahead of time before booking.
When you arrive by appointment only, please stay in your vehicle or outside and call us to let us know you have arrived. Do not come in until asked to.
When asked to come in, please leave all handbags, food items outside in your vehicle.
Only patients with appointments will be permitted into the office (very young children and special needs patients may be accompanied by 1 adult who will need to be screened as well). To facilitate communication, we suggest that patients bring a mobile telephone to their appointment so that treatment information can easily be relayed to parents directly from the clinic.
Please arrive with your own face mask.
You will be asked to sanitize your hands as soon as you arrive. This is mandatory.
If possible, please use your personal washroom facility prior to coming into the office to avoid further unneeded exposure.
Please limit conversation to essential communication regarding your appointment to limit airborne transmission.
Privacy—we will keep the exam room door open during the course of the exam to increase airflow. If you have any concerns, please make it known before your appointment.
In our pretest room and exam room we have installed Germ Guardian Air Purifiers that feature true HEPA Charcoal Filters and UV-C Light technology for added safety. The HEPA Filter captures 99.97% of dust and allergens as small as .3 microns such as household dust, pet dander, mold spores and plant pollen. The UV-C light technology kills airborne bacteria, viruses, germs and mold spores.

We will be seeing fewer patients per hour.
You will be sent an intake form online. Once we receive and review the intake form, then we will set up an appointment. Please fill it out as completely as possible to process your appointment.
